That’s why our members don’t go through the upheaval of completely emptying their homes to accommodate guests. Instead, we focus on genuine connections and thoughtful matches.
Members can connect with each other either through our website or by working with a Casa Co representative who will help find the perfect home or guest match.
We understand that opening your home to someone new—or committing to live in someone else’s space—can feel like a big step. That’s why we offer a free meet-and-greet service, especially encouraged for bookings longer than two weeks. Before confirming, hosts and guests can arrange to meet at the home, helping both parties feel more confident and comfortable with their decision.
A foundation of trust
Using a Casa Co representative to coordinate the match and arrange meetings between host and guest provides our members the ultimate peace of mind in every interaction.
When members of our exclusive network are staying in a home, they’ll be aware of exactly what rules have been agreed to for the stay to be successful for all.
Connecting with each other before a booking is confirmed makes a stay at a Casa Co home more like staying at a friend of a friend’s.
But if anonymity is important to you, we understand that too.
In this instance, Casa Co is happy to act as a conduit between host and guest, offering peace of mind for both parties as much as possible. A booking would only ever be confirmed upon approval by both parties.
Becoming a Host Member
When you’re ready to list, a Casa Co representative will visit you at your home, answer any questions you might have and let you know if we believe your home might be right for some of our typical guests.
It’s best to then have professional photos taken so you can show off your home in the best possible light. Once your photos are ready, you can create your listing including details of the home and base rates you’d like to charge potential guests.
